Profile

Tatiana Derevianko

Following my move to New Zealand in 1998, I’ve added Massey University Graduate Diploma in Environmental Health to my science/medical qualifications from overseas.

In 2004 -2005 I also completed National Diploma in Drinking-Water Assessment from Otago University (Facilitated by Water Industry Training).

I greatly enjoyed working at Auckland Regional Public Health Service (ARPHS) during 2003 to 2019. My roles and responsibilities at ARPHS included Drinking Water Assessor, Health Protection Officer, Enforcement Officer under various legislation. These roles demanded public health knowledge and regulatory skills across all facets of the public health and environmental health with a special focus on the drinking water quality portfolio. From 2007 I held Technical Manager (ARPHS Drinking Water Assessment Unit) role.

In 2019, I joined Watercare Services where I am now leading Water Quality Science and Compliance Team.
