The National Three Waters Code of Practice for reticulation assets delivering drinking, storm, and wastewater services to communities and new developments across New Zealand has been drafted and is now ready for sector engagement.
Currently 45 water codes, guides and standards exist around the country. This doesn’t support an efficient sector. The new National Code of Practice will provide more efficient and productive delivery of water infrastructure to New Zealand communities.
We would like to invite you to the official launch of DIA NTU's sector engagement on the code, as future owners and users of this code, this is an opportunity for you to find out what’s in it and to provide DIA NTU with your thoughts. Click here for further background on the Code of Practice.
The water reform team will outline how the code has been developed and provide you with an opportunity to find out what is in the code and, what’s not and why. DIA NTU will share with their engagement plan and how you can provide them with your feedback.
