Aim
With the New Zealand water industry in the midst of a significant change and the increasing adoption of digital technologies, we will need a roadmap to help navigate our digital transformation journey. This can be supported by leveraging various assessment methods such as digital maturity models to identify key areas for improvement and align strategic objectives with the latest digital solutions.
Maturity models range from the evaluation of high-level organisational digitalisation to the assessment of advanced data-driven decision-making tools. Their adoption will be a backbone for advanced asset management, can empower the water industry to embrace innovation, enhance customer experiences, and build a sustainable and resilient water infrastructure for the future. Smartened-up data can also be easily shared with Taumata Arowai to cover compliance.
The Water NZ Smart Water Infrastructure Group is inviting conference attendees to assess the digital maturity of organisations working within and alongside the NZ water industry and identify the next steps in our digital journey.
